I chose to work in this industry because Its my passion and I love what I do, My name is Thomas Williams I and I am the founder, owner and employee of Golden Landscapes here in the Central Tennessee area. My wife and I own the company together. While she's taking care of everything else behind the scenes, my job as a service technician is to maintain and repair irrigation systems both residential and commercial as well as service on everything outdoor lighting. Most of my clients on the day to day are residential customers who have simple needs and repairs that need done, however being in this field for over a decade now, there is nothing I have seen that I cant tackle and fix. I pride myself and our company on its role in customer satisfaction. Our goal here at Golden Landscapes is for the customer to have an easy, relaxed experience where their problem(s) can be fixed in a timely matter that is most convenient for them and where all concerns are met and fixed for a price that's more affordable than any of my competitors. . BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, they are fraudulent. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. In short, we paid $9,000 for a brand new irrigation system in July of 2021 and they installed a 13 year old used or rebuilt back flow valve without the wye strainer. They are not addressing the issue of using a used 13 yr old leaky warped device instead of a brand new one of which we paid. All they need to do, to rectify this situation, is reimburse us $1,165.90 which is more than a fair request and way to remedy their misconduct.

I hired Golden Landscapes Irrigation to repair the irrigation system at our Nashville, TN rental property including replacing a cracked back flow preventer, installing a new irrigation timer and rain sensor, and testing the system to insure it was working correctly. Mr. Williams came to our property on 07-07-2021 to perform this work, for which I paid $1,639.25 (exceeding estimate). The job was never finished and Mr. Williams (business owner) attempted to defraud me by 1) installing an old back flow preventer that he spray painted to look like a new piece of equipment 2) equipment leaked, was not installed per code, was not the brand that my invoice stated was installed (I paid for a new Apollo back flow preventer and discovered an old Wilkins brand back flow preventer was installed) 3) charged me $135 for a new rain/freeze sensor that was not installed and 4) he never allowed for sufficient time to finish the job thus requiring multiple visits to our property and multiple "service charges" for each visit. I contacted Mr. Williams and his wife and neither will return my correspondence.

the technician showed up at my door knob without calling me ahead of the time, I was out of town! He performed the work without giving me a quote ahead. I had no idea what he did and he told me to meet with him 6:00 pm at my home, so I drove back from two hours driving away. He ended up no show, called me 8:51 pm at night and told me that I have been rescheduled for tomorrow at 10:00 pm without checking my schedule. He told me that his time was valuable implying that my time was not. this experience was so much worse than have a leakage in my system !

We have proof in text that what you are saying is false, My technician came by and we have in text where you approved an amount for him to preform the work. I told you multiple times on the phone we can not guarantee times because we don’t know how long repairs at each property will take. And we don’t even schedule times we only schedule days. You set the appointment with me in the phone for a day you were out of town? You cursed at my employee and told him to go F himself. I will be sending the photos to Angies List, and Home Advisor."

Very reliable and good at everything we have had done. We have been using Thomas for the last three years including this one. The work he does is professional and the prices are comparable to others. The only difference I've seen is this companies thoroughness is superb. WE have had basically all rotors and pop ups replaced and are very satisfied with the service. Give them a call you will not be dissatisfied. Our yard used to have brown spots even though we had it serviced previously every year by someone else. Thomas took the time to go through and adjust everything making the coverage 100% and it shows. They are awesome.

i purchased home knowing irrigation was not functional. Saw good reviews for Golden so gave them a call. I was very impressed with Thomas' immediate knowledge of some issues and how to best correct. I was up a going that day, but needed a follow-up for adjustments and he was quick to come back out. Highly recommend.

This guy is AWESOME - Really Great. He IMMEDIATELY responded when I put in my request - set an appointment for just a couple days later and showed up when he said he would. I had a leak in my system that another company couldn't find. They referred me to American Leak Detectors who do nothing but find leaks. They couldn't find the leak! This guy found the leak and repaired it within an hour of being at my house!!! And his bill was incredibly reasonable. I can't recommend him more highly. Trustworthy, professional, honest, affordable. Simply GREAT!

Thomas was amazing. He arrived at my house about an hour after I first called him. He quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it immediately. The cost was very reasonable. We have tried many different irrigation repair companies and this one was head and shoulders above the rest. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again.

Thomas did a good job. He is professional and conscientious. He called to alert me on the one and only time he was running late. All other times, he showed up on time, took good care of my lawn and system and charged me exactly what he quoted.

The work went great! Thomas helped identify a few heads that needed minor repair and also helped identify a solenoid that had gone bad because of water exposure. I was really impressed with his knowledge of sprinkler systems, and also how to do things in a more affordable way. He stayed for about 2 hours and his rate was very reasonable, about 1/2 of what I would have paid the larger company we used before. Also, he doesn't require yearly contracts, which some other larger companies require, and which usually require you to pay for services above and beyond spring opening and winter closing, even if you don't want or need them. Thomas runs the company with the help of his wife, and I really like that I am supporting someone with a small business here in Nashville.

Thomas was very nice to work with. He assess the current lighting system. He was able to repair several lights that we thought couldn't be repaired. This was much more very cost effective than purchasing new lights. He was very conscientious and worked diligently to resolve my lighting issues. I would highly recommend Thomas.
