Got on list Sunday night and callback at 7 am Monday. Here at house at10:30 am. Completed. These guys are go getters. Great to see these days.

They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves.

I solicited estimates from four different companies. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the Dixie Door representative. They had one of the lowest prices, were able to demonstrate that they could match the color of my trim and maximize the interior height of my garage. The installer who did the work was very professional, understood my request to mount the openers as high as possible to maximize clearance, and did an outstanding job. I am thrilled with the quality of the workmanship and the entire experience.

After hitting my garage door with my car, I assumed the worst! David at Dixie came out and took care of everything. He was courteous, friendly, on time, helpful, and explained everything. He was able to repair the door and did not have to replace it. I would recommend Dixie Door to anyone.

Very fast response time. Discivered and fixed addidtional problem. Had all parts required on his truck to replace the spring. Made the balancing of the door better by replacing one long spring with two springs. Final cost was less than estimate. All in all, it went great

Upon reading the good reviews about Dixie Doors we set up an appointment to have our garage doors with openers serviced. The doors were out of alignment and making a lot of noise. After arriving on time, Danny,went right to work. He was very professional, explained what he was doing, didnot rush and completed the servicing to our great satisfaction.

They arrived promptly after calling for help. They were very professional. They fixed the door and showed me how to use features on the and quot;box on the celingand quot; to set codes for my openers and test the system. They were great!

We had a large lightening strike hit our home on April 27, 2013. It killed our garage door motor. I looked on Angie's List and chose Dixie Door, Im so glad I did. I called on Tuesday April 30, 2013 and spoke to a very friendly lady who scheduled me an appointment for the next day between 8-10AM. Danny arrived at my home at 8AM sharp. He was very professional and explained in detail what had gone wrong with the motor. The mother board had been burnt up. The cost to repair exceeded the cost to replace so we chose to replace it. Danny wrote up our estimate for insurance and an invoice for the new motor. One hour and $335.00 later Danny was showing my husband and I how to use our new opener. He placed a sticker on the door with Dixie Door's contact information and told us if we ever needed anything give them a call, and I will!

The service was excellent with this company. The service man was very courteous and arrived promptly on time. Explained everything he was going to do and why and all very affordable. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

It went great. I was very happy with them, and they cleaned up their mess.

They really did a good job, excellent really. Something went wrong with the new garage door that had been previously installed. They came back and fixed it for us, even though it wasn't their problem. Their price is very reasonable and the quality of their work is great. We've never had any problems with them or with anything that they did. They came the day after we called them, so they are very responsive. Their people were well trained.

Came out for service call due to garage door opener that would not work. Explained what was wrong and showed me why the opener needed to be replaced. Scheduled a date to install the garage door opener. Arrived early. Polite. Removed old opener and trash. Left the area clean.

There were many delays in getting the door installed. The covering for the light broke while it was being installed on Dec. 4. They installed a replacement cover on Dec. 17 and made a minor adjustment to the door. I was pleased with this part of the transaction. Our only complaint was with how long it took to get the door installed after measurements were taken. I'm not sure this was the fault of Dixie Door, but it was annoying. Other than that, they did an excellent job and we are very happy with the new door.

I can't remember what the charge was, but obviously it was fair or we wouldn't have hired them.

I was really impressed with Dixie Door. We were just going to replace the same door, but they suggested we upgrade to an insulated door, and we've been really happy with it. They were professional, friendly, and the price was fair. Highly recommended.
