Veteran owned and operated family business. We usually do not ask for money upfront. We do require payment as soon as the job is completed and our customer is completely satisfied. However if the job exceeds a certain amount, payment draws will be established in the contract. Any changes or add on will require a change order agreed upon by both parties before said work is started.
