It turned out very well. They were so good that I used them again. It was a smaller house for the last service. They were excellent. They were timely and gave me a reasonable expectation of the work to be performed. They did everything that they were supposed to and actually showed up earlier than the appointment. I wasn't there and they told me when they were going to get there. They came in town, saw the roofing materials and I got a text telling me that the job had started. When I got home that evening, the job was complete. I couldn't tell that they had been there with the exception of finding a new roof.

Amazing folks! The salesperson, Tinker Covington, gets my highest praise. She was efficient and factual without being pushy. When she met with my insurance adjuster, she was SO thorough. I couldn't recommend her more highly; in fact, I asked her for her supervisor's email so that I could let him know what an excellent representative she is for their company.
On the scheduled day of the installation, the workers arrived exactly on time: 7:00 a.m. They were hard workers and very considerate. I had to leave a couple of times and they stopped all work so that I could get in and out without danger. After the work was completed they cleaned up completely . . . you couldn't even tell that they had been here except for my new, beautiful roof!

I’m very happy with the workmanship of Best Choice Roofing. They cleaned up after themselves. You would never know I got a new roof. The workmen were very courteous and they worked very hard and I would recommend them to somebody else. I haven’t had any problems with them. Everything was on time. Their salesperson was very courteous. He helped me right through applying for the insurance.

This guy came around soliciting work after there had been many storms in the area. He was kinda pushy but seemed very knowledgeable about roofing. My husband liked him, so we started the process right away. He came out on the day the insurance adjustor was here. We got approval. The workers were all Hispanic. Only one spoke English. One made himself at home in my hammock during lunch. I should have tipped him out of it but didn't. There was one section of a ridge line that was not straight and they came back and redid it. We did not have to settle up until we were satisfied and signed a certificate of completion. They have an A Better Business Bureau rating. We got the architectural shingles as an upgrade for no additional cost.

Best Choice Roofing came to my home and did an inspection of damage from a hail and wind storm. They found damage to my gutters and roof. They assisted me with filing the claim with my insurance company, and they met with my adjuster. They helped get my claim approved when my neighbors were having their claims denied. Once the claim was approved, I picked a color, and they did the job for me. I was so impressed with their services that I started working for them, helping other homeowners get their claims approved. I trust them with the roof over my head and with a job to help me put food on my table for my family. What an awesome company!

One of their claims managers came and checked the roof for storm damage and contacted our insurance company.  He came back and went up on the roof with our insurance claims adjuster a few days later.  After the insurance adjuster left, we talked about options in shingles and picked out the style and color we wanted.  We got scheduled within a couple of weeks for the work to be done.  Weather postponed it one day, but the called a few days ahead to let me know.  We had 2 layers of shingles removed.  They brought in a dumpster and collected the old shingles on the roof and threw them directly into the dumpster.  No mess around our house whatsoever during or after the work was done.  The roof looks beautiful.  We had some bad places in the roof and they replaced all that needed to be fixed.I could not be happier with the work they did.

.They were very friendly. They were willing to listen to what you really wanted and they really helped with the insurance company. We had a couple things that went wrong but they were more then happy to come right back out and fix them. I would use them again.

They did a fabulous job. I had had a leak in the roof in the summer and I had it fixed, but I did not know that I had overall hail and wind damage. My next door neighbor spoke to me when I was coming in one day and told me about the damage on my roof and he recommended me to call Best Choice Roofing. The name of the guy who came over was Alex Ordonez. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was the nicest man. He got up on my roof and then brought me digital pictures of the dents and the crease marks caused by the wind damage. He even reported the damage online to my insurance company. He came and dealt with the adjuster. I had a friend who suspected that she too had damage and she called the same insurance company that I am with. They sent their adjuster out and bulldozed her and denied her claim. It meant a lot to me that he was here. He came out when I called him and he was here about 30 minutes early and waited for the adjuster. He showed the adjuster all the damage. He represented me with the insurance company and got my roof replaced. Out of pocket, I only paid the deductibles and then they gave me an upgrade on the Timberline Dimensional roof for which I had to pay a little extra and some ridge vents. They took care of it. The crew was wonderful. They cleaned up every smidgen bit of mess. I was so worried about my little pansies getting hurt, but they did not mess with my pansies. Alex Ordonez is one of the representatives for Best Choice Roofing and I would recommend them to anybody. I do not know how the other companies are, but I know that Alex did a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

This reroofing process with Mr ordonez and BCR was as smooth as silk. The most important advice I can give is to call Mr. Ordonez before you call your insurance company and let him substantiate your claim so that it will be approved. I have a close friend who called her insurance company first and they sent their own adjustors out who denied the claim. She has the same insurance company as me. You really need someone working for your interests.

Also, I learned something important to look for by observing other roofs being replaced on my street. Whenever the crew arrives and begins to take off the old roof, it is important that you be present and make sure that they remove all the old nails and felt underlayers so that you have a smooth wood surface for the new roof to go over. I have seen how messy and bumpy a second roof can look if the old nails and felt are not completely removed. Sometimes a roofing crew can get in a hurry to finish and get on to the next job. If they leave those tufts of roofing felt and staples on and then put the roofing felt on over them, your new shingles will not lay flat and will have a wavy appearance. It just looks terrible. I don't know if this affects the longevity of the roof but , as a designer and former general contractor, this wouldn't be okay with me. Just a word to the wise. The crew and all the employees of Best Choice Roofing were superb to work with. They listened and were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Alex Ordonez and Best Choice Roofing. I have been doing homeiprovements at my house for about a year and this is the smoothest best experience I have ever had.
