I made an embarrassing mistake of allowing a phone support tech remote access to my computer.  I bailed out but no longer trusted the security of the machine.  I have previously used another computer repair service on Angie's list whom I rate excellent.  She was out of town, rolled her phone over to Victor.  Although they are competitors, they have a professional cross-cover relationship.  Victor honored that responsibility fully.  12 hours after our phone call, he was in my house, plugging away.  He researched the issues, repaired what fortunately turned out to be minor problems, made prophylactic changes and offered long-term advice.  He could not have been more gracious or professional.  As he gave us his card, he did so with the comment "if you need something and can't reach XXXX, feel free to call me."
