It went fine.  This is the third time I have used this provider.  They installed a water heater and a utility sink for me previously.  They are very responsive, they deliver as promised and clean up after the job.  They are also very nice people.  It is more like calling on family and friends.  I will definitely use them again.  They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive.  I think the prices are fair and they provide quality service.

They came initially to temporarily "unclog" the pipe then explained to us the need for repair and the urgency of the situation. After getting a few other quotes, they were by far the most reasonable and offered a one year guarantee on the repair!!

Great job with problems fixed at a reasonable price. As with most contractor's, was given a window (10am - Noon) to arrive. When hadn't arrived by 11:30, called for status (I had errands to run) and was told previous job running late. Asked if we could go with 1 - 3 time so I could run errands. No problem, came in early afternoon and took care of the leaks. I would call Art's again for plumbing issues.

Ron called me right back, came over ASAP, was so professional. Every time I call with a problem he is right there. This guy is my hero!!!

The service was excellent, they were on time, and I thought the cost was very good. They were professional; they had a professional appearance, they knew what they were doing, and they left the area clean when they finished the work.

As noted this was a small project but Art handled it professionally. I received a call from his office to confirm I was home and he was on time. Once he saw what the problem was he took care of it. On one toilet the first gasket piece he used wasn't stopping the leak completely so he used another piece that did the trick. Overall very satisfied. He also gave me a couple of names of contractors I'm going to research. We may be replacing our tub with a jacuzzi tub and he would do the plumbing work while the contractor would remove the out of date tiles floor and do tiles for the shower walls.

EXCELLENT WORK, SECOND TO NONE. ART TOOK OUT THE OLD TUB AND HAULED IT AWAY AND WAS ON TIME WITH THE ESTIMATE WORK SCHEDULE. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS EXCELLENT AND I'M VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK.
