 + -1 moreI have never had a problem. His closings take place in their office or at the customer's discretion (wherever necessary). They fund on time, they are very responsive to lender deficiencies on closed files and handle their clients professionally. I know times are tough for everyone in the housing market right now and I am sure these folks are no exception so everyone should try to use them if possible. They are the kind of company we need to keep open and working for us, the lenders, as well as for the public at large. They don't allow in questionable activities on the behalf of lenders or borrowers. This is a commendable quality.
Description of Work: Yontea and staff have performed numerous closings for me and title searches and issued tons of title insurance for me. Yontea is the best closer on this planet. He explains everything to the customers in a very clear and uncomplicated way. He rarely gets hung up on the difficult parts of a closing (HUD-1's and TIL's). I have never seen a customer walk from one of his closings, not because he is lying but because he fully understands the benefits of the deal beforehand for the customer so he can intelligently explain the fact that the loan really is in the best interest of the client. (I don't close loans that are not in the best interest of the client.)
