I have never had a problem. His closings take place in their office or at the customer's discretion (wherever necessary). They fund on time, they are very responsive to lender deficiencies on closed files and handle their clients professionally. I know times are tough for everyone in the housing market right now and I am sure these folks are no exception so everyone should try to use them if possible. They are the kind of company we need to keep open and working for us, the lenders, as well as for the public at large. They don't allow in questionable activities on the behalf of lenders or borrowers. This is a commendable quality.
