Adair Outscapes

We love it! We based our decision to use Kent Adair (Adair Outscapes) from 4 quotes that we received based on price, experience, and lead times. Kent quoted for a deck to attach to our existing deck and new aboveground pool with a small gate added to existing deck stairs. He was prompt and responsive with his quote in communication via text and phone. Materials and workmanship were of high quality. He started on a Monday and was done by Thursday at 10am. He had estimated 3 days and was only delayed a couple of hours due to rain. We are so pleased with Kent, his crew and the work that was done. It was exactly what we wanted and more!

Screens from our back deck were in bad shape and needed replacing as well as some of the facia board was rotting due to shingles not overhanging enough over edge of deck roof.  Kent Adair of Adair Outscapes and Home Renovations was referred by a friend and was prompt and courteous with the return telephone call.  He was timely in his arrival for the estimate and provided a date by which he would provide that estimate.  He was timely with his return call and I found his estimate fair and asked him to begin work.  He provided a date and time for the project and was prompt and prepared to do the work.  He had originally needed a check for materials (about 25% of the total costs) but stated he would need to wait because he thought he would need fewer supplies (which I found to be very forthright).  The work was completed according to the schedule; quality of the work was great; his explanation of the bill (which was less than the quote) was professional and detailed.  Overall, Kent does great work and is a true professional.  I would not hesitate to use Kent again for other repair work.
