Auto Service
This is the dealership that we have used for service on our vehicles for several years. We have two Chevrolet vehicles (an 2004 Impala and a 2011 Traverse) and Lofton Chevrolet does the maintenance on both. The service team has always gone above and beyond in assuring that whatever servicing needs our vehicles needed were done so with the best possible pricing available. They take the time to fully explain the repair issue and makes the customer feel comfortable knowing their vehicle will be taken care of. It is worth the 15 minute drive from Jackson to have the Lofton service team treat you like family. We will never forget the kindness they went above and beyond for us when my husband was injured in the war. We don't believe another dealership would have done that. That's why we keep going back. We strongly, highly, absolutely, recommend Lofton Chevrolet to all GM/Chevorolet service needs.
