The BEST contractor we ever found moving to TN. Professional, prompt, and simply the best PERIOD.

Very professional.  There was a problem with the hardware and Tom took care of it right away (at some personal expense to himself).  He came back and finished the installation the next day - which was Christmas Eve - because he know we wanted the system for the holidays.  Superb service.

The cost of the work was going to be prohibitive for us while we were undergoing a major renovation. We did want to do some other work but did not get back on the lessor work. I am afraid we offended him by not doing the major work. He was great and we would have liked to work with him. Very punctual and knowledgable

Tom Resue knows his stuff. He's very professional, but has a sense of humor, and works smart and fast. I recommend him highly.
I had originally set up purchase and installation with a Big Box tech store (store name also features 2 and quot;Bsand quot;), and arranged an in-home consult and TV purchase. Two young guys came over and gave me a lot of tech-double talk about all the problems they would solve, and cables and etc. that I would need, and later sent over a proposal that among other costs listed purchase of 2 and quot;rocket fishand quot; (what??). And in addition to the $250 labor costs we had discussed, it included an additional $50 for and quot;custom labor.and quot; I felt I was being conned, so canceled everything, bought the TV at Walmart for $100 less, and went to Angie's List where I found T.E. Audio Video.
Tom had good reviews. He scheduled the work within a week, came on time, performed everything on the installation to perfection, and cleaned up. I told him about the charge for and quot;rocket fishand quot; and he told me that this was an expensive brand of TV mounting device -- but one would be sufficient. When I mentioned a dicey light switch, Tom also checked this out and replaced the switch before he left at no further cost.

Tom responded to my call after hours. Came by to look at the job and gave me an estimate. He called the day before the installation and showed up on time to do the work. He was also very good at cleaning up any mess. Friendly, professional, and did good work; hard to find these days.

This guy is not just someone I would recommend. If you need electrical work done or especially Audio Video work done you don't just want this guy you NEED this guy!

He also specializes in home theatre and sound equipment. The price was reasonable considering the work. He is a very hard worker and takes great pride in his work. Everything is always done perfectly the first time. He is very neat and is very knowledgeable. He cleans up everything; he just can't do enough. He is probably the best contractor I have. I have an old house and I have lots of contractors that do stuff for me, but he is definitely the best. He is very reliable, dependable, and there are times when I leave him working in the house when I am not here; I don't have to worry. He is very trustworthy.

TV looks awesome with no visible wires. Tom had mounted our tv at our previous home with wiring through the walls and ceiling into a closet where all other tv components were installed (DVD player, set top box, etc.) We were very pleased before and knew he would do an outstanding job. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly when he was finished. He even moved and connnected another tv for us in the bedroom.
