 + -1 moreHe did a great job. The piano hadn't been tuned in a long time. He finished in about an hour, and the piano sounds terrific.

 + 0 moreHe did a good job. He is extremely knowledgeable and he even does the tuning for the Chattanooga Symphony. He charges a $60 service charge but tuning is $100. He was prompt, courteous and honest. He was reasonable and very good in his prices. He returned my phone calls, which was important. I was especially impressed with his knowledge. I would absolutely use him again.
Description of Work: I used Robert Sims to inspect my upright piano. He tightened a few bolts. We had just purchased it and we were in pretty good shape. He could have fixed it if we had needed him to.
