Excellent service. Very professional. Estimator was very thorough to insure we had a perfect match. Turned out he was also our installer. Window looks great, cleaned up the work area. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quality repair.

We couldn't be more pleased. They were highly responsive, good communicators, prompt, professional, and very personable. The installation was neat and well done. He even cleaned the (high) exterior of the adjacent windows that we did not replace so that the view would be even! The only thing we can think of that could possibly have been better was that their warranty is not as long or as broad as one of the competitors from whom we'd also gotten an estimate. But since their price was about half that of the competitor's, to us it didn't make any sense to pay so much more for something that we may never need. Chattanooga Premier Glass was upfront about the details of their warranty and what is/not included, and we found them extremely trustworthy. Very happy with the choice we made.

They did an excellent job. They were meticulous and were so professional. They were respectful and I loved that they cleaned up after themselves. The worked turned out great and I told all my neighbors about it. This company immediately sent me their liability insurance when I asked before they even stepped foot on my property.

Very professional and easy to work with!

Replaced 4 double-paned picture window glasses that were fogged due to moisture.  Brian came at appointed time and after inspecting the windows provided a quote.   After we agreed, he kept me informed when the ordered items came in and set up installation date.  They were prompt on the day of installation and worked professionally and diligently.  Cleaned the glasses inside and outside after the installation. 

Definitely makes a big difference as we look out the window ? should have done it years ago!  Also replaced a cracked kitchen window glass.

I am very pleased with entire process. Brian promptly responded to my request for estimate. He was very professional and answered all my questions and estimate very, very reasonable. Took two weeks for glass. Installer prompt, even a bit early. Brian estimated four hours for job which actually took about five hours. Installer had problem with window two stories up which accounted for extra time. Windows look even better than I expected. Installer cleaned up inside and out. Even handled going in and out of house with my dogs and cats with no problems. I would highly recommend Chattanooga Premier Glass.

Very happy with the service and would definitely call again

We are thrilled with the result.  All of our windows now open and operate as designed.  This was an unexpectedly difficult job as the old windows just did not want to cooperate.  Chattanooga Window Medics kept at it until the work was completed.  They were true to their quote.  The were very communicative, flexible, and considerate of our time requirements.  They left the space cleaner than they found it - all of the windows that they worked on were cleaned inside and out (the whole windows, not just the replaced glass).  They were kind and gentle with our agitated dog.  We can't recommend them enough and will absolutely call them again if we ever need any window work done.

Excellent work, very professional. Arrived early (he called first). Completed the work and cleaned up! I would highly recommend Chattanooga Window Medics. We had three transom windows loose their seal and fogged over inside. Brian came out and gave a free estimate. The windows were ordered and installation scheduled.

Came out on time, measured window, ordered . Returned on time and placed window in place. Very pleased with work.

Only had two employees at the time so they had to work us in with other clients with very pressing issues.  In the end the timing worked fine.  Took about a month to get all the work done (window repair and measuring,ordering and installing Climate Seal inserts.  
They do good work and I would use them again.  Honest and pay attention to detail.

The man who came was very friendly and professional. He came when they said he would. He took out some of the old glass that remained in the frame, and put the new glass in. He cleaned up afterwards and left a job well done. He even did some extra work on another window at no additional charge. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

These folks were great.  They were 40% under the other estimate I got.  We sent in a $200 deposit for them to order windows.  They came out and did a super--quick, thorough and professional.  Best contractors ever.
