Lawn Busters

When he comes, he does a really good job. He had to cancel a couple of times and we had to cancel a couple of times. He is an older gentleman, and I worry about him doing the lawn because the lawn is uphill. I am just afraid that he's going to have a heart attack on me. It's not that he's not fit and that he doesn't do a good job. I am concerned the whole time he's here because I'm afraid something is going to happen to him. He is very easy to work with. He calls me before he's coming. I bring my big dog in the house. I block off the door as the dog will go through the door. I leave the check/mail on the outside of the door taped to the door. He just comes, does his work and takes the check. We have an odd shaped property. So I have to give him the boundaries of the property. It's not the normal straight up and down. It's up to the side, swirls around and off to the other side. Other than that, it's been fine. He is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and polite. He was supposed to come this past weekend, but it didn't work out. He was just going to mulch leaves. I don't him at this point we are going to let it go until the spring and that we will get back in touch. There's no way of judging if it's going to be raining on the weekend. With regard to price, up until this year, I was usually paying $50. The whole thing takes less than 15 minutes. We are planning to move and my daughter is planning to move. I am still going to own this house. I am going to put it up as a rental. It has to have new siding and stuff done to it. Once everything's done to it, I would probably still have him maintain it for the tenants.
