Dropped off the truck on Monday Jan 13, they had a rental car ready for me. Was told it might be ready by the end of the week. I called Friday and found it wasn't done, but it was no big deal. They called on Thursday Jan 23 and said it was ready to pick up. I picked it up that day and everything looked very good. When I got home, I noticed a couple of small clumps of what looled like either silicone, or paint on the inside driver's door panel, and it was sort of into the speaker holes in th edoor, so I was afraid to mess with it without checking with them first. I also found smidge of the same material on the outside part of the bottom of the passenger seat. On Monday, the wife took the truck by and shows them the places I had found and they cleaned them up right away.
I was surprised becasue I had been passing this place for years and just thought it was some small operation and it turned out to be a pretty big opertion that takes up a couple of blocks and multiple buildings. Every employee I dealt with was very courious and professional. They took care of everything with my insurance company including the rental car.
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to someone else or to use them again.

Everything went fine.  No bodywork, just the A/C system service.  However, I've spoken to several in the Harriman/Rockwood area who had very good things to say about Eddies bodywork.  I did have them tow a vehicle in Jun 2010, and it went well - prompt delivery and no damage.

I have had two cars repaired by them in the past. They have been very good to me. The last time I used them, it did take a little longer because they had problems getting one part of it. I do not blame them for that. The quality of their job is beautiful. They paint cars so good. They are very good in checking cars out. They have a rental there waiting for you, and they are just very convenient.

I had used Eddie's Body Shop in Harriman several times before and had always been pleased with their work. Since the back-up was so long in Knoxville, I chose to use Eddie's again. Even there, I wasn't able to get in until Oct. 31. Moderate hail dents were evident on the roof, lift back, fenders and tops of the doors. The hood had several deep depressions. As often happens, there was some damage not covered by the insurance estimate--one being the hood needed to be replaced rather than repaired. Even though it took longer than expected, with the additional work, the folks at Eddie's Body Shop took the time needed to do the job correctly, worked with the insurance company, and explained the delay. When I went to get the car, there were a couple of places that concerned me. They kept the car another day for the touch-ups--and checked for a rattle that had nothing to do with hail damage.
