As a premier roofing company specializing in residential and commercial roofing services, we are dedicated to providing customer service that is second to none. Whether you have a new construction project or need to replace an old or damaged roof, we offer roof replacement, roof installation & roof sealing services, we however do not do roof repairs because we stand behind our guarantee & cannot warrant roof repairs due to the different circumstances on each roof. Phillip Oliver and his employees were completely professional, timely and friendly. They worked through some very cold weather to get my roof on to prevent my house from having further damage. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Mr Olliver is one of the friendliest, most honest person I've ever dealt with. He is reasonable and keeps in contact, keeps you updated on all details. Answers his phone. You can rely on his word. He also has a BBB Rating which is an asset also. I would highly recommend him.

I had very specific concerns when hiring a roofer: price, quality, insured, timeliness, professional, and clean up when finished. Philip Oliver and his hard working crew exceeded my expectations in all those categories. I have a 100 year old house and I wanted a new metal roof. I searched angies list and better business bureau thoroughly, read all reviews and decided to give Tried and True a call. He returned my call in minutes and came out the same day to inspect and measure my roof. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote on the spot. I have a pretty complicated roof with alot of cuts and angles and it's pretty steep. So I was surprised with the quote he gave me. He was very fair and reasonably priced. I knew instantly after speaking with him I was going to hire him to do the job. His crew was incredibly hard working and professional. It took a few days but they worked around alot of rain to get my roof finished. My house looks completely different now. It's beautiful. They made this 100 year old house look youthful again. They cleaned up and took a magnet all the way around to make sure I wouldn't get a flat tire (which I appreciate tremendously). I am completely happy with the quality of their work. Alot of people knew I was planning on a new roof this year and I tell all of them how happy I am and recommend them to everyone. Someone even drove by my house and stopped in the middle of the road to tell me how amazing my roof looked. If you're trying to decide on a roofer, give Phil a call. You won't be disappointed ?

Roof seems to be what we requested and paid for. As of today, it has been a good roof, and many people in the neighborhood have stopped by to say it looks great.

I would not recommend this company. My husband paid them without looking at their work which was bad on his part. I came home from work and noticed that the opposite side of the house was not completed but yet they said they were done. When I called to inform Phillip that the work was not completed he apologized and said he would be back to complete it. After over a month of constantly having to call him and him telling me "we'll be there today" they finally showed to "complete" the work. No one was home when they showed because we did not know they were coming the day they did. The flashing on the opposite side of the house was not completely replaced as agreed upon. One of the gutters they installed leaks. Today I woke up to flashing that had come off the side of the house. Upon examining the flashing, there was only one nail hole in about a 6 foot piece. I was not impressed with about half of the work they did on the house and they did a lot. After spending all that money I expected better service. The communication, the work, and the customer service was terrible. Do not hire them unless you want a headache.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed]im sorry your dissatisfied with my services but the $650 was for the sofit & metal replaced, 2- pipeboots to be replaced & caulk what holes was visible.I explained to you that when someone (not from my company) nailed 2x4's through your roof it made holes everywhere & there was no way to find every little hole in that roof & I have been out there 2xs i cannot keep coming out there & try find a hole thats leaking expecially for the $650 & with rain & snow it wont hold. The only way to seal every hole is to seal the entire roof. when this weather breaks i will be glad to come again & try find a hole."

Phillip came gave us an estimate and then had the work all completed as promised. He and his crew were very nice and polite and did a great job. They also made sure they did not leave a mess like our last contractor did. We would definitely hire them for future jobs.

I love my new deck. The guys a Tried& True were very professional. I am disabled and was unable to go out to our old deck because it was not safe. Now I can go out, sit and feel very safe. The quality of their work is fantastic. They even rolled a magnet over the ground to pick up any thing that might hurt my service dog. All I can say is GREAT JOB.

Wonderful....These guys are well mannered and professionals.We are very satisfied with the work that they preformed.Our house is about 70+ years old.When they finished it looks like a entirely different house.They cleaned up as they worked and never left a mess for us to clean up.A good bunch of guys we enjoyed being around them.If we every need any more work done we will call them and have told a lot of people about them.We would recommend them to everyone.Thank you guys from Mike and Shirley

Fired the first roofer, Bishop Roofing, who was horrible. Tried and True came out the day after I called them and gave me a very reasonable estimate which was 1/5 the cost of the Bishop estimate. Did the work two days later and I was as good as new. Couldn't be happier with their response and quality of work. Would definitely hire again!

Phillip and his team were responsive, prompt and professional. They put the roof on in one day. We had a persistent leak and the roofers are committed to getting it stopped. I would hire him again and I don't say that about everyone. Good value for the price.

Really great guys, helped me when no one else would. They were actually the 5th company I called over about a 4 month period, but the only ones who showed up. The weather early this year was terrible so I understand that every roofer in the area was busy, but Phillip made time for me anyway. He even sent someone over after hours on a Friday evening to tarp my roof since the leak got worse and storms were expected over the weekend. I appreciated that so much and it was a huge relief to not have to worry about further damage. They came back the next week to repair the water damage under my shingles and then installed a new metal roof. The whole process only took about 2 weeks, and the actual work only took a few hours. The price was very reasonable and the new roof looks great. If I'd known how easy and inexpensive it would be to get a durable metal roof I would have done this years ago! We used to have to replace shingles and several feet of ridge cap at least once every year due to severe storms, but now I'm so relieved to not have to worry about storm damage to my roof anymore. Thank you guys so much.

Phillip with tried-and-true roofing and construction company was very very professional, punctual and hard-working. He returned my call very quickly! His crew are also very well-mannered and are very hard workers! He gave a very fair price for the replacement of the main part of my roof! They also cleaned up a tree that had been cut down and was too much for us to clean up and take away! They also cut another dead tree that was threatening to fall. They did it quickly and neatly! I enjoyed working with Philip and his crew and I will utilize him again in the future!

Some shingles blew off the roof and I called them for a quick repair. They responded quickly, were very friendly and professional. Quickly made the repair for a very reasonable price. I requested a quote for replacing the entire roof and their price was very reasonable so they are coming back soon to do that work.

Phillip was prompt, courteous, and professional. He performed the job for the agreed-upon price, and addressed a few other issues he noticed while he was working at no additional cost. As the daughter of a retired contractor having grown up around construction all my life, I can say that I'm very pleased and impressed. We've already lined him up for another job, and have no concerns doing so in the future.
