Pricing was absurd, $1200 to fix the leaking gaskets to the bathtub& install faucet. So he installed my shower faucet to get the water back on $567. Service fee doesn’t go towards repairs. Technician John was very professional and did good work, so no complaints with him , I know he’s just following company policy on pricing. But come on , stop taking advantage of customers situation. REPLY TO TOMMIES RESPONCE: See the unprofessionalism, he actually proved what kind of people your dealing with. A service fee is USUALLY charged so that time and gas isn’t wasted for the technician to come out and diagnose the problem, but if the work IS done, is applied to final repairs. You all are a joke, trying to be like another Slimy Steve Huff Plumbing. I won’t ever use your service again, and believe me - Word of Mouth spreads faster than any advertising your going to be paying for. Bad Karma I still can’t believe the unprofessional way you conducted yourself in your response, WOW….

Drains were clogged, thought it was septic tank so had it pumped but didn't help. Called these guys and they were right out and fixed the problem. Now every thing is working just fine.
