It went OK, nothing unusual. The serviceman kindly removed a small corn snake hiding behind the controls of the water heater. (Yes, we both screamed when it stuck it's head out).
Description of Work: Replaced a toilet. Cost included buying the toilet I specified at Lowes. I think the toilet price was about $130. Also checked but did not need to repair a hot water heater--it had been left on pilot and I thought it was not working.

I AM VERY UNHAPPY!!!
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD THE FIRST DAY, ON THE SECOND DAY...ONE OF THE GUYS "FELL THROUGH MY ROOF" AND SOMEHOW, A GAMING CONTROLLER AND TWO GAMES WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE ROOM THAT THEY FELL IN! OF COURSE, THEY DENIED IT..AND LEFT A HUGE MESS FOR US TO CLEAN..AND CUT LOTS OF CORNERS. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH MY LOCAL SHERIFF'S DEPT, AND AM GOING TO SEE THIS THROUGH.
