Mop Squad Cleaning Service

I found the Mop Squad on Angie's List last year and have used them several times since. Mike came out and did a thorough estimate/job list right away, and the employees have always done an excellent job. They have been patient with us when our dogs have not been put up - they waited 20 minutes for my husband to return home to put them up, then did the cleaning. The company is good at communicating what they will and will not do - they don't do laundry or dishes. They do cost more than finding one or two private people to do to the work, but you get what you pay for - employees are screened, they bring their own cleaning supplies, and the job is done right. It's a great break for our family to hire them about every 7-8 weeks!

Do a great job

They did a decent job. If there were any unsatisfactory, just tell them and they would correct it. Among all the work they did, we are most impressed by the hardwood floor mopping. It was left clean and sparkling, no prints, no foggy at all. 

I have never seen a company more  professional and precise as The Mop Squad.  It was if our house was given back to us, cleaner than ever, and the owners and two helpers literally mopped themselves out of the house.
The Mop Squad exceeded every expectation of professionalism.  I was most impressed with the work ethic  and quick precision of everyone present.  Inspiring confidence from the beginning, the Mop Squad was knowledgeable, courteous, and amazingly attentive to details I didn't even see, like the inside of the fireplace.  From their quick response to our call for help and clear communication about the task at hand to their willingness to help with details of putting back furniture, I've never seen a company do it all so well.  Add to all this a quiet and kind energy, and it  felt like we had been rescued.
My husband and I are grateful to Sarah and Todd for the highest standard of work their company models, and we are delighted to know who to call when we need them again.

I called The Mop Squad desparate when I previewed the house I had rented. It was terrible. Covered with stink bugs, greasy and dirty. I have never seen anything like it. I talked with Michelle and she and Sarah rearranged their schedules to come work with me for FOUR DAYS. The kitchen alone took one full day because the cabinets were so greasy. They steamed and cleaned tile everywhere, washed windows and walls, scrubbed bathrooms and offered to clean carpets. I was stunned at our progress. I would definitely use them for everything. In fact, I have now hired them to clean weekly at my home. Don't miss this outstanding company!

We wanted to update our first review from June of last year. We have now utilized this company for 11 months and are just as happy today as we were after the first cleaning. We have had the same crew the entire time, which is amazing with the turn over most cleaning companies have. Obviously Mop Squad treats their staff well in order to be able to retain such wonderful ladies. They are always very pleasant and professional. They have worked with us through renovations being done and worked around the inconvienience. We can't say enough positive things about this company!

We are now regular customers! They do a great job everytime they are here. They clean the main floor of our home every two weeks and add the second floor (consisting of two bedrooms, a bath and an office) and our basement every six weeks for an additional 50.00. They are very meticulous and pay attention to every detail. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it!

The above pretty much covers my story. I've recommended them to anyone that mentions this need to me. Hope they stay around for a long time.
