I called because although the air was flowing it was not cool air and that I had suspected problems with the switch in the outside unit. Their team was quick, friendly, compassionate to my needs and did a great job with a guarantee for follow up if it did not work.

Jerry's Heating and Air came to my house within 3 hours of my call after I had requested help to repair the part of my Heat Pump that was not providing cooling. He quickly determine the cause, a failed capacitor, installing a new one and had my sytem working agin in less than 30 minutes. He showed he had very high knowledge of his craft.

I called on a Monday, they were out on Tuesday and they installed a new unit on Friday. The tech was here after hours and tried and tried to get our unit running, to no avail. The company is very professional and I would recommend them to everybody

He gave me a price right on the spot. After pricing 2 other local companies his was the lowest. He and his crew showed up on time and where very professional and polite. The work was done on schedule and they cleaned up afterwards. They had a problem fitting the unit in the area available, Jerry went and bought a piece of sheet rock to fix the wall so the unit would fit properly and look nice. I was very happy with the company and the work they did.
