Disassembled and reassembled shower handle with new part. When turned on, it leaked all over the place. Took apart and reassembled again and it worked. Charged me for the time it took to fix his own error.

My husband called him on Monday and he would have come out that day, but due to my husbands circumstances he ask that he come Tues. He was out first thing on Tues. and when he determined the water heater needed to be replaced, he went and got one for us and put it in immediately. Because the water heater was under warrenty, we only paid the installation fee. This was all done in under 1 1/2 hrs.

First we needed a new wax ring for the toilet. Tom Helbert arrived at the appointed time and did the job very fast and professional. He was very personable. My husband described a problem we had with low water pressure. He asked Tom about installing some sort of pressure tank inside the garage. There was only limited spcace. Tom shopped around, then called my husband. My husband approved the size/price. Tom arrived on time for the next work day. The work was completed and we were very satisfied. I felt his fees were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
