East TN Repair Service

They have moved their business and I haven't been able to locate them. I can't leave a voice mail because their mailbox is full. Disappointing, as they were recommended.

Our gas oven was not working properly and would click off after about ten minutes at high temp.  The technician said he could find nothing wrong.  Our oven still does not work and we paid almost $200 for the call.  We could have bought a quarter of  a new stove for that price.

Since we purchased a new refrigerator, from a different source - this does not apply.  

They could have strung us along with a service call and repair bill - but chose not to.

Our 11-year old Kenmore washing machine would not agitate or spin. It was easy to get through to the repair company to schedule an appointment. We decided to also have our dryer cleaned and serviced at the same time although it did not have any problems.The repairman called twice on the day of the appointment - once to give us an idea of what time he would be here and again as he was leaving his last appointment to let us know he was on his way. The repairman was courteous and friendly and told us what he was doing as he took the machine apart. He discovered that the machine needed a new motor. He called their shop to see if they happened to have a used one in stock and also to get the price on a new motor. Since they didn't have a used one available and a new one was quite expensive, he suggested we might wait a couple days and let him make some calls to see if he could locate a used one. However, he was unable to find a used motor, so we started looking on our own and finally found one. He then returned and installed the motor - WITH NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE! Both times he left the laundry area as clean as he had found it. We will definitely use this repair company again for any appliance problems we may have in the future. (Note: the dollar amount shown is for servicing the washer and dryer only. It does not include the cost of the used motor which we found on our own and purchased separately.)

Side-by-Side freezer defroster went bad and defrosted everything in my freezer.(It had apparently been going bad for a few weeks, I noticed some off flavors with my tea, but, I attributed that to my allergies. WRONG) I called and left a message at 11pm the night before. I called again at 9 am in the morning and Nathan, told me they were very busy but he understood my problem and would try to get to me that day. He did! I lost a lot of meat from the freezer but things, happen. I felt safe, an important factor these days, and I felt the job was professionally done. When I have an appliance problem I will definately use them again. Well done, Nathan. (don't know his last name)
