The price and quality of service is what keeps me going. All of the veterinarians have been great and get along with my pets. They are great.
They can usually get you on the schedule within a week of calling.

It went OK but it was not all that clean and it kind of smelled so I am not going back there. The cost wasn't anything to complain about. I thought their professionalism was pretty good but like I said it wasn't clean.

Provided follow up assessment and medication refills. Had to wait for while to be seen, but that is bacause they spend time with the pet and owner, and seem to go above and beyond to help - have observed them giving medication without charge to farmers bringing in cattle. A little slow returning phone calls, but probably due to patient volume.

I made the appt the week before and was given instructions to not feed my dog after 8 pm the night before. I was in there the week before because I had previously had my other dog tested for hypothyroidism and was getting follow up blood work done and needed to pick up my medications (which they did not have enough of, so I will have to go back to get the rest). I dropped my dog off that morning and the techs are very friendly, but it always feels rushed in there, even if it is not very busy. It makes it easy to forget what you wanted to ask if you had questions. I have started to write them down to make sure I don't get rushed out of there before asking them. I was told to call back around 3 to check on him (he was being neutered) and if all was well, would probably be able to pick him up between 3:30 and 4 pm that afternoon. I called back at 3 and all was well so I was told to come by between 4:30=5 to pick him up. When I arrived there was one person ahead of me but I didn't have to wait long this time. I was given a sheet with post op instructions along the results of his heartworm and fecal exam, as well as what they found in his eye. I was given some medication for his eye with verbal instructions only (I say this because I forgot what was said by the time I got home, after all the other instructions). I appreciated the fact that they had the foresight to apply an E-collar since he was licking at the sutures while he was there - I have had a previous experience with another vet who did not apply the collar per my request, resulting in sutures being ripped out and having to be reapplied. They still did not have the medication for my other dog so I will have to make another trip (30 miles) back sometime to get it. We will be returning in a week to have the sutures removed and hopefully pick up the rest of the medication I need for my other dog.
I feel they could spend a little more time talking with you to make sure you understand everything and have had all your questions answered. I do appreciate the fact that they do alot of work with the local shelthers and animal rescues! Their prices seem to reasonable in some areas and little high in others, such as lab work. They are also good a making sure you have receipts for any rebates, but they will charge you extra if you ask for a prescription to use mail order for hearworm/flea meds.

She is very passionate. She knew right away what was wrong with my dog after 2 years of not being treated.
