 + -1 moreTHERE IS NOT ONE PART OF THE PROJECT THAT WAS PERFORMED WELL AND TO OUR AMAZMENT HE THREATENED US WITH PHYSICAL HARM IF WE DID NOT GIVE HIM MORE MONEY TO PAY FOR THE DOORS THEY DISTROYED.
Description of Work: THE PROVIDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A QUALITY CARPENTER AND PAINTER BUT TO OUR DISMAY, THE CUTS HE MADE FOR THE CROWN MOLDING AND BASEBOARD WERE ALWAYS SHORT SO HE COST US A FORUNE IN MATERIALS NEVER FINISHING ONE ROOM SO WE COULD SEE WHAT WE WERE GETTING. THE PROVIDER REPLACED OUR WOOD CROWN MOLDING WITH MDF WITH A SMALLER PROFILE WHILE TAKING THE REAL WOOD CROWN MOLDING HOME WITH HIM FOR HIS OWN USE. WE HAD HIM INSTALL BEAD BOARD OUR DAUGHTERS UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A DISASTER. FIRST HE DID NOT PAINT BOTH SIDES AS INSTRUCTED BY THE SUPPLIER, HE DID NOT LINE UP THE WOOD TONGUE AND GROVE PROPERLY SINCE HE WAS A ONE MAN BAND AND THE CEILINGS LOOKED AWFUL. SADLY HE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CAULK THE HORRIBLE MESS, JUST PAINTED OVER IT. WE PAID OVER $12,000 IN MATERIALS AND LABOR AND HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL REDONE.
