Rebuild began late October and finished start of April. Ed (contractor) and his crew were here 7:30 AM every day - even in the worst weather. Once they start a job they stay on it. Our original estimate was in the $50,000 range but we added extra's as we went along and there was structural damage not anticipated. Ed went over everything with us each step of the way. Workmanship was above par and it's not easy working on an old house where everything is out of kilter and you have to deal with mistakes made by previous owners. They didn't just strip off old siding and slap on the new - everything was inspected for damage, termites or structural instability and fixed. I would highly recommend Creative Builders to anyone considering a remodel or new construction build. The price might seem steep for today's economy but you get what you pay for and this was worth every penny!
