When Mr. Vanderslik was looking at the problem, the pipe broke at the faucet connection. After several seconds of sheer madness, all was under control and he completed the job in excellent fashion.

STAY AWAY!!! I just got totally ripped OFF by these people, I had a leaky shower. They came to the house and said I needed a thermostat cartridge, So I ordered one. It came and they put it on, half the time I knew more than they did!!! It didn't work so they said they would have to replace the whole inner works. I asked them how much I owed them for the INCOMPLETE work they had done. To my shock and surprise I was told $375.00 AFTER I was told when they were hired $50.00 a hour for work OR $75.00 for emergency work! I reminded them about what they had told me BEFORE they were hired and the just happened to remember that. My bill was suddenly reduced to $175.00. I paid that amount and very politely asked them to leave my house. This is a very disappointing experience and I hope someone else is NOT subjected to this kind of unprofessionalism.
