The doctor called me after the surgery and explained what was done during the procedure. She answered all my questions and concerns. Zeke went in for hernia surgery but during the procedure they found two more smaller one in the same area. I took him home the next day and he was clean and actually acted as if he had never had surgery. They took such wonderful care of him before, during and after the surgery. Everyone at this clinic is friendly and professional. They all seem to have a love for animals and enjoy taking care of them. An absolute A+ clinic.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Claiborne answers all your questions making it easy for you to understand any treatment necessary for your pet. Everyone I met from reception to the doctor were professional and at the same time very friendly. Also, the clinic is very clean.
Zeke had a reaction to one of the vaccinations, so he had to return to the clinic. They treated him for the reaction and kept him for the day to watch and make sure he was okay. Zeke and Zack are very close and get stressed when one is out of sight of the other. I was impressed that the staff offered to let Zack stay with his brother, which he did. In my opinion, this clinic deserves A+.

From the time I called Dr Quillen's office and explained to them the symptoms our kitten was having, they asked me to come directly in without an appointment scheduled. We were promptly seen by Dr Quillen and within 15 minutes, he was able to tell us what was going on with our pet and what kind of options we had for his further care. Our best option was to let go of our new addition to the family and let him be in peace without pain. Dr Quillen was extremely patient with us during that time and he handled the situation like it was his own pet.
