Chris Cobble and his assistant from Advanced Security Concepts came to my home in Bristol, TN because I had problems with my older Security System. These men worked approximately 3.5 to 4 hours and completely installed a new ADT keypad, new siren, door contact, and 5 motion sensors. They did such an awesome job that I let them change the older security system in my work building. There is a new keypad, new siren inside and out, and a strobe light on the exterior business. I am completely satisfied with the work that they did for me. I would highly recommend Advanced Security Concepts to anyone needing a security system installed in a home or business!

The initial install was great. Everything was fine for 2 years and then the system was breached. I have called ASC at least 12 times and cannot get a call back. No interest in service after the sale. If you will never need to touch it again, go with these guys. If you may need support, best to find someone else.

Chris and his business associate are professional and contentious . The security system was installed and configured to my liking. Chris initiated a run through of the software interface and ensured all was working and met my requests before he left my property. Very pleased with this job and would recommend!

Chris is a courteous and experienced security professional and business owner/installer. After a MAJOR aggravated home vandalism in our absense and ADT FAILURE TO RESPOND resulting in 50 years worth of personal property stolen and our financial information compromised we took his advice and he installed a hard wired closed circuit monitoring system with a backup streaming hardwired camera system addressing all of our concerns. He will also be upgrading our garage motion flood lights to L.E.D. and adding one needed at a backdoor entrance. We were glad to invest with Chris and TRUST him implicitely to avoid a repeat scenario. He answers ALL questions completely and believes in total transparency to his customers.

He went out of his way to work with me and my previous alarm service. He reprogrammed my system that had been wiped by previous alarm service personnel. This was additional unnecessary work caused by the previous service. He checked my system and made professional recommendation to improve its operation. Advanced Security concepts did a wonderful job for us. We were having trouble with a camera system he did not install. However, he fixed the problem for us and taught us (two old people) how to use the system correctly. He could very easily have convinced us we needed all new cameras and wires. But he did not. Instead, he fixed just what really needed fixing and charged a very reasonable fee for his services. He was very polite, kind, and patient; took his time and answered all our questions until he was sure we completely understood. We would most definitely call on Advanced Security Concepts again if we have problems with our camera system in the future. We would especially recommend him to older people who, like us, do not understand the digital world very well. He will educate you and not take advantage of you. May God bless him. We need more contractors with Chrisâ integrity.
