Owner was very professional and I was impressed with how professional the staff was. They actually found that some of the carpet was wool and required special equipment. I had not let them know that the carpet was wool. They paused and went got the right equipment - which was great. The carpets turned out like we wanted. Thatâ  s the type of service we are looking for. Would hire and recommend in a heart beat.

We had invited friends and their dogs for a visit - then their two and my two dogs thought it would be a good idea to 'mark some territory'. Not only did ACR clean the carpets to look like new, they used a treatment to make the carpet smell unappealing to my dogs. AND, just in case, they left me a spray bottle for any future accidents. ACR is awesome.
