Once the work started, it went quickly and seems to be well done. It took a long time to get the work started because it kept raining. It would have been nice if they had kept me informed regularly but I always had to call them. That said, the guy is really nice and always called or texted right back. When a squirrel showed up in the trap on the house, they removed it right away, but then left the empty trap for many weeks before removing it. I think they do good work and seem to be much in demand but are very disorganized in terms of scheduling and communications.

100% awful service. Watched while they yelled at my neighbor and proceeds to yell at the top of his lungs that she was a "******* NUT JOB" , This is not the way any company should ever ever treat someone, even if you have a misunderstanding with the client. The man working for the trapper was very loud at this point and was making me scared that he was going to get violent. Police have been called because of how he was acting. I hope this guy is not the owner and they do something about it.

Mike was great! He was very patient and answered all of my questions - and I had a bunch! He was responsive and usually returned my phone calls same day. He provided high quality and performed the agreed service on the date as scheduled. He wasn't the cheapest, but his prices were very competitive, especially for the work and materials quality. I requested an upgrade in materials that made Mike's cost very competitive compared to other companies.

I was very pleased with the services the company performed and think the pricing was fair for what they had to do (this is a very old house). I had called several other places and Tennessee Trappers seemed the most responsive and fair as far as pricing. The technicians are easily identified by their clearly labeled trucks and were courteous and customer-friendly. They clearly explained exactly what they were going to do to the house and showed me the materials they were using. When an animal was trapped, I was given a telephone number to call and a technician came that day to remove the animal. They also assured me that the animals were taken to a wildlife area and released. They made about 6 visits to the house, the first to inspect the attic and outside the house and to give a price for the entire job. Note that there is a charge for the removal of each animal. They identified 3 areas on the outside of the house where either birds or squirrels had created a hole and set traps there. The owner of the company came out to ensure that the job was done correctly. I was impressed with his commitment to ensure that the job was done correctly.
