Ok but crew painted over a couple areas which should have been repaired first. Drywall repair on ceiling turned out great

His prep work was excellent.  I thought the overall job was really, really good.

After getting four estimates from other excellent Angie's list professionals, my wife and I decided to hire Roger. He offered to do much more detailed prep work than the other guys as a part of the estimate he gave us. My house hadn't been painted in ten years and it needed some extra work done. Roger and his team made my house look nearly new. He also got discounted pricing on high quality paint. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the work, and we'll recommend them to our friends. In fact my next door neighbor has already hired him to do his house as well.

We are very satisfied with his work. He is a perfectionist and he works quickly. He is prompt and his work is flawless. He showed late a couple of times.

I first got an estimate on the work in July; Roger came out to the house and checked out all the work to be done. He warned me that they had a long waiting list, of about 2-3 months. As promised, he was ready to go in September. There were a couple "false starts" because of their other jobs taking a little longer than expected. Once Roger and his crew (5 guys that he has worked with for a long time) started, they took care of the two porches, the stairs, and most of the front door all at one time, and did some prep work (filling in cracks in walls etc) as well. The quality of their work is OUTSTANDING! Roger and Ed came back to stain the porch floor, finish the door, and finish the inside work. My wife and I were noticing new little touch-ups that we wanted as they were working, and they were happy to take care of all of them! Roger is a friendly guy and always has a great attitude, never condescending. He also made some great suggestions, such as adding traction to the newly painted stairs. Overall, a great experience.

He suggested that I let him put a finish coat on the wood path in front of the shed; he only charged me an extra $20 for it. He cleaned the whole thing, walkway and shed, before painting. He is nothing but professional! I also asked him to touch up the door and he took care of that for a small price as well.

Done completely by brush! Did an excellent job and payed attention to detail. Did everything I asked down to putting their cigarette butts in a tin can. When they were near completion, they asked for me to go around and see if there was anything that needed fine tuning and I found places that they fixed. They were very clean (even took the can of butts!). Very nice and careful as well. Did the first coat in the morning and it was too tacky to put a ladder up against, and came back later and put rags on the ladder to not damage any of their work. Charged me exactly as quoted. Very responsive! Six guys all together and all very courteous. Even did extra things and did not charge me!

He is very neat, clean, professional. He is very careful with what he uses as not to be harmful to the earth. He is also very careful with household belongings, and he's very well mannered.
