It was excellent across the board. What Riley Roberts does when he comes out is he says, 'I am not going to charge you for that, this is my roof, we put it on. We are going to be responsible for it.' That is not because there was a flaw, it is just because things come up. Consistently, that has been how he has dealt with us. It is a family enterprise and they do very well.

Riley Roberts came right out, refused to accept any money and gave us a good quick fix that we needed. We have used him for three separate new roofs and additional chimney repair on one. This has been across a 7 or 8 year period. This recent one was just a quick help.
