Jeff DeLong Repair

I've used them several times so I thought when I had a water leak on my LG refrigerator, it would not be a problem to repair. They have worked on this refrigerator in the past. When the tech (Robert) arrived, he spent no more that 20 minutes looking for the leak, dispensing water but found nothing. He threw up his hands and left but not before presenting me with a bill for $71.34 for doing nothing. I called another service which found the problem was a leaky hose coupling and a bad water valve. I resent having to pay for a service call when shoddy and incompetent service is the only thing that is delivered. I WILL NOT BE USING DE LONG IN THE FUTURE. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER OF ABOUT 8 YEARS.

Jeff DeLong's repair service is always prompt about coming out for a service call to help us with our problems. Phillip is always kind and very helpful. The pricing is reasonable and we have always been very satisfied with the services that they have provided for us. They are our number one repair service to call when we have problems with our applicances. They work on a wide range of appliances.

Mr. Delong?s associate did a great job in a short amount of time.  My washer is perfect again.  He was friendly and respectful.

Very friendly and efficient.  But it took 2.5 days for him to call me back to schedule an appt.

I emailed Jeff on a Sunday night not expecting a reply until the morning. Jeff emailed back in less than an hour saying they'll come out in the morning. Robert the repairman called Monday saying its one of 2 things. He explained how to do the simpler of the 2 and said it would save me a repair call. What service!! It turned out to be the 2nd thing however. They ordered the part and installed the day after it arrived. Happy customer.

The DeLong Repair company is fabulous. I have lived in Nashville for 40 years and have never hired a better appliance repair service. I will definitely call DeLong Repair again.

Was able to come to the house the day I called. Was fixed by that afternoon. Excellent service.

It was a fraction of the cost of buying a new refrigerator. I was thrilled. He was prompt. He was able to get to me within 24 hours after I called him. We talked on the telephone. He started to already troubleshoot what was wrong with it. He came in and tested to make sure that it was what we thought it was and went ahead and replaced it and was done in about two hours.

My dryer went out-no heat. Started taking it apart and called them to find out about a service call. Philip told me that I had it apart to the point that I could bring the piece in and he could either replace the thermostat or the heater. He walked me through a couple of steps to take the housing off and I drove to his store on 41S with it. He checked it out and said the heater was ok but the thermostats were bad. He replaced them on the housing and I paid him $30. Went home and reassembled the dryer. Works fine.
Used them a year ago for LG refrigerator warranty service. They did a fine job.

My wife noticed a light flashing on our heat pump hybrid water heater that said to call for service. I had bought an extended warranty from Lowe's when I purchased the water heater a couple of years ago. After a series of phone calls, I was told to contact Jeff Delong Repair and he would do the repair for me and everything would be covered under warranty. Jeff came out the next day and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part came in about a week later and Jeff contacted us a came out and repaired the water heater. He said he would take care of the warranty paperwork with GE and the extended warranty company. Highly recommended. On time and courteous.

He checked our refrigerator and decided it was the compressor problem so it was too expensive to repair. We bought a used one from his company. It was a great experience. I just thought he was honest and gave an honest opinion of what the problem was. He did show up on time.

We have a front load washing machine that due to imbalance, came unhinged. Jeff showed up the next day and had it fixed within a half hour. What I enjoyed most about the service is that afterward when we were settling up he tells me what I owed and asked ' is that fair?' Personally, I thought it was a bargain at twice the price but it means a lot to know that he wants input as to whether or nor the price is agreeable. If I have anything else break down, Jeff DeLong will be my first call. -Brad Bratcher
