Diaz showed up when he said he would and delivered a top-notch job! I intended only to do the deck and porch screened enclosure but after consulting with Diaz at that initial meeting, I also decided to have him pressure wash and paint the fence as well as install a gate. I don't know that there is anything this man and his team can't do. The price was comparable to other quotes I received but the competitors did not offer the dependability and expertise that Diaz demonstrated. Such attention to detail! We are extremely happy with the results and have every intention of hiring him again when we are ready to put in new flooring. I highly recommend!

I have not found anything that Frumencio can't do. He has done drywall work for us, painting, deck cleaning and staining, replaced lattice work under our porch, cleaned and sealed our driveway. I recommend him to our family and friends all of the time, and everyone of them has been pleased.
