After provider I informed PRE they had the business, it took 3-4 days before they called to schedule the service. There was considerable rain during this period, so I wasn't too concerned about the delay in scheduling. The morning of the scheduled service, I received a call from someone representing "Wilson's Tree Service" saying they would be late due to vehicle problems and I had contracted with PRE Services. The caller stated they had been asked to perform the service. After another call stating they would be a bit later, they did show, but claimed not to know the PRE firm, but they did know the person who had given the bid, and didn't know to whom I should make the check. They called and found out the check should be made to PRE. The "Wilson" crew did a good job in trimming, but the professionalism by PRE and "Wilson" crew was not very encouraging or business-like.

We are so impressed with this company! They are so professional from the estimate by Ben - to the work performed & managed by Ryan. They arrived on time, cleaned up as they went and made sure everything was done safely! The crane operator was very experienced And worked exceptionally well with the team.

He came out and gave us a great price as an estimate to cut down one tree. My neighbor and I were going to split the price of the removal. The service provider was a very kind gentleman. After multiple calls from myself and our neighbor, he never returned phone calls to either one of us. We would have liked to have used him to cut the tree down. He just never called us back.

UPDATE: Once the service was performed it went really well, the only issue is that the provider took so long to get back to us. They were very professional and the work turned out great. Despite the wait, the service was worth it. (Grades were: F, A, N/A, F, A, F)

The gentleman in charge, Mr. Ben Hazel, was terrific to work with. He showed up on time with a large crew. They got right to work and had everything completed in one day. The job looks great. These are knowledgeable, hardworking folks with the equipment and skills to get the job done right. Reasonable rates, too. Will use again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They do a lot of work in my area. I like them a lot. Their price is very reasonable. They are a little busy, though. They do put me into their schedule.

They came out promptly. Other companies had a 3-4 week wait and charged more money. They said that stump grinding would not be necessary, and it wasn't, so I saved the cost of that. Also offered advice on what to do with my other trees.
