Chem-Dry of East Tennessee

ChemDry guy arrived in time, did a thorough and excellent job of cleaning (3 rooms of carpet). Very nice and even told us some helpful advice on other projects while he was working! (how to best clean walls if buying home from a smoker, and what kind of ceiling paint is best). Carpets are fresh and clean!. Will DEFINITELY use and refer this Chem-Dry husband and wife team again!!

We rented this house for 2 years and it had a very light colored carpet throughout the house including basement. It got very dirty in those 2 years. Chem-Dry got it all very clean and it dries so quick.

These guys were awesome! Great communication getting the appointment set up and they arrived on time. The carpet was very dirty and smelled like dogs. They far exceeded my expectations and removed all the soiled areas and left it smelling fresh and clean. Highly recommended!

They cleaned 3 rooms plus a set of stairs. The carpet is not left wet. It is pretty much walk-able within an hour or two. It doesn't smell chemically. It seems fresh and it looks really clean and fluffy. They were great.

Our carpet is 17 years old and although I have taken care of it there are many spots on it. They cleaned the spots and I have to say it looks good. Hopefully I will get hardwood soon but mean while my carpet is clean and looks pretty good.

Rec'd a reminder call and staff were at house early. Yipppeee..... They explained process, took measurements, and started cleaning....even played with my dog. Good people, working hard.

They did a good job. They were in and out. Took them about an hour. They went back to a stain that had come back and they didn't charge us extra.They were prompt, they came when they said they would. They were very friendly, but not overly so, which is nice.

Arrived on time. Was professional and courteous. Went above and beyond what was wanted. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

The carpet is spotless and as mentioned before, it was previously filthy. I am exceptionally pleased with the results.

Everything came out fine.  I have used this contractor many times as I have oriental carpets and you should not steam clean orientals.
He is always on time and very cordial.  Would recommend him and will use him in the future.

They were very professional. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning our carpet. I gave them a fair on the price because I believe it was just that, fair. It wasn't a steal but I think we received a great product for a very fair price. I will definately use chem-dry again.

Fabulous from start to finish. I have used them twice before as well with same results. Very prompt and easy to deal with from scheduling by phone to doing the service, which took about 1 hour. In particular, they were able once again to clean so much cat hair and cat litter from the stairs leading to our basement (kitty land!). I will continue to use them again and again and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Excellent service provided by Chem Dry. Had 2 pieces of furniture cleaned and they carpet in 3 bedrooms. The men called and arrived early. Spent a great deal of time making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the results and will be calling them in the future.
