I do not know anything negative. I bought service contract that requires them to service and check my ujnits two times a year and they have honored that also.

I HAD SOME UNUSUAL REQUESTS THAT THEY ENDEAVORED TO FILL, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUTSIDE THEIR AREA OF EXPERTISE--WHICH IS BOTH A GOOD THING AND A BAD THING.
