While they were doing the job, they got dust all over my house. Did not clean up after themselves, did not finish the job after I paid them up front. They left the toilet unconnected. Inconvenienced me in every way possible. Was very rude and would not answer my phone calls.The most unprofessional plumbing service I have ever used. Had to get some one else to finish the job.

When he says he's coming, he is there on time. He calls to let you know he's coming an hour in advance. He cleans up after he's done. I've also used him to do a toilet repair job in November. Again, very good. The cost was reasonable. He brings extra parts and doesn't charge extra.

He is very neat and tidy. He cleans up after himself. He is super nice and he does what he says he is going to do. He is in and out as quick as possible. He is extremely polite.
