Home Building
Steve and his crew were friendly and polite both with each other and with us as the client. They were punctual every morning. Steve was attentive to our concerns and desires for construction requirements and reinforcing. Although he did not always remember.
What I did not realize at the time he was picking up his equipment and leaving was what a mess they left on the top of the footings. A french drain needed to be installed after the cmu was complete and all their mortar droppings had to be removed with a pick ax to clean up the top of the footings. We had a couple of days of sore arms and tired backs after removing all of the wasted mortar.
