Strong Ideas

Kurt has helped with multiple plumbing issues, planned and unfortunately, some unplanned.   When need be, he was at my house within hours.  Often though we can find a time in a few days that works for both our schedules to complete the job.  I trust him to do the right work and never oversell me.   Prior to my referral to Kurt, I have interacted with all of the major plumbing firms in Nashville and every time I felt as if I was being sold something additional that wasn't really needed or being charged extra to qualify as an important customer.   Kurt and his team work with me as if I am important no matter what the issue.   He will bring  parts or work with the things I purchase.   His rates are very reasonable.   His attention to detail is high.

Kurt showed up on time; took me under the house to show me the problems and again when the work was done. Very amiable, easy to talk to. Had our plumbing working every night before he left. Hauled away all the waste materials. Coordinated with Joe Cox of Smyrna to get our bathroom re-modeled while the plumbing work was happening. Showed us everything he needed to do; showed us what he had done. Job took a little longer than originally expected, but since he had our plumbing working every night, that didn't matter.
His bid was not the lowest, but I got a very good feeling from him and he could coordinate our remodel so I didn't have to act as a general contractor.

The owner/service Provider came to my house and, after I had shown him what I needed to have done on his first visit. He made an appointment the following week.
He was a few hours late because and quot;Something Came Up.and quot;
Most of the work done was neat and nicely performed, however he didn't succeed one one part of the job, which was installing a vent valve above a sink. He installed the valve, but he also replaced all of the drain assembly. That was not necessary. The problem I was having was that the sink drained very slowly. The problem remained after he was done. When I questioned him about why the sink still didn't drain, he said it was the drain flange and said he would come back and replace it at no charge. I paid him and he left. I have not seen him since.
I think he does fine on some straightforward work (he fixed a leak under my kitchen sink and ran a new hot water line
to my kitchen - good job on both) but he is a bit shaky on more complicated things.
I will use him again, but only on very simple things.

We found Strong through a friend's referral. He had completely remodeled her bathroom and she was very pleased with the results. I'm so glad she gave me his name. What a gem! He can do anything! Strong always called the night before he was to arrive to give us an arrival time. He was always on time. He got the jobs done in a timely fashion and did everything we asked and more. He was very courteous, professional, and helpful. We will definitely use Strong again for all of our maintenance and upcoming remodeling jobs.

He was professional, on time and on budget. I only had one tile left over. He arrived when they said they would. I recommend them to anyone.
