We have over 25 years experience in the emergency restoration service industry. Since 1991 we have been a family owned and operated company specializing in water damage restoration and insurance claims for both residential and commercial projects. We work directly with our customers and insurance companies to quickly mitigate losses to property. We can also help navigate the process of repairs, easing the burden on you and making sure you receive the full benefits of your insurance company. Steele found that the project that we thought was isolated to one room was actually a multi room project. They did a good job of diagnosing the problem, treating and clearing out molded flooring, drywall, and framing. They dried everything out and had leaking windows re-installed and leaking brickwork sealed. I recommend them to anyone who has water damage that needs to be repaired.

This was the best contractor experience we ever had. It was a lengthy and difficult job, but Scott Steele kept in very close communication. He paid close attention to detail from the original inspection, through remediation, reconstruction, and final cleanup. We recommend him completely.

Scott and his team did an excellent job working with a concern I had for months. I could not find many people to help me with the wall restoration issue that I had with a header wall that rotted in between a brick wall and dry wall. Steele services was really informative and strategic in finding a way to fix it and did on time, within budget and good quality. I appreciate them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

We noticed a burst pipe under our cabin and immediately called Steele Services. They arrived same day and took care of the leak. The next day they were out to assess damages and start the process we would need to go through with insurance to get everything back to the way it was before the leak. They started to work getting everything torn out then brought in machines to dry everything. After that came the rebuild, which was fabulous! They made the whole process easy on me by dealing with all of the insurance aspects and the final product was extremely well done.

Due to the extreme cold we had a main line break underground. We discovered the leak on a Sunday, and called Steele Services. I had planned to be in line for Monday since it was late on a Sunday and bitterly cold. Instead he drove over to make sure it was something that could last overnight and cut off the water supply to the area. The next day was cold, windy, and raining. They made it back out to fix everything promptly despite the weather. They work promptly and efficiently. I have used many repair services over the years, Steele Services is where I will continue call for any repairs in the future.
