We have had a contract with Spray's since we purchased our house in 2001. Previous owner had a contract with them so we continued it. Annual maintenance fee is $85. We had a termite infestation one year and they promptly treated our house for the annual $85. When under the house a different year they noticed our toilet was leaking and notified us. We had it repaired before more damage was done. So as far as I can tell, they are a good company.

I can say that they offer very good service and the technicians always ask questions to make sure that the requests made were accurate. I am always comfortable with the work they do and they are really good about coming on time and making sure that I am satisfied as a customer.

Sprays Exterminating is a very pleasant, and friendly company. They are willing to do whatever you ask them to do to be sure that the customer is satisfied. They even contact us when the year is up, to schedule another appointment.
