A technician came out twice. The first time he came out it was an unusually cool day and the unit was cooling the house just fine. He explained that the motor was very wobbly and looked like it was on the verge of going out. He explained that when it was hotter out, the motor was probably freezing up and was no longer able to suck the heat out of the air. He did not fix it on this day because he did not witness it acting up and didn't feel comfortable fixing something he didn't see with his own eyes. He told us what to look for and to call as soon as it started acting up again. He also said he would go ahead and order the parts so that he would be able to fix it ASAP if it was in fact the issue he thought it was. He ran a number of other tests on this day as well and we were not charged anything. The motor did end up acting up again a couple days later once it got hot again, so I called and they scheduled an appointment with me at the exact time I requested. There was no issue at all in scheduling either time. They definitely work around your schedule. The technician was actually able to come out earlier on the day we scheduled for and did so while we were at work. He called ahead of time to make sure it was okay. He did not have to go inside of the house, so we were okay with it. It was fixed and running perfectly by the time we got home. The technician was very nice and professional as well as the office staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very satisfied with the repairs made to my AC unit today. I have used this company for many years  at both my home and office. The tech who came to my home today is named Cody. He did a great job and represents the company well. Use this company with confidence that they will do it right!
