This company was an absolute nightmare to deal with.  They told us repeatedly they would come at a certain day and time and then wouldn't show up.  They assured us they would have our lights completely installed before we moved back in but didn't.  They installed things wrong, and when we pointed out that they weren't working, they would claim to correct them only to find later they still weren't working right.  We still have some track lighting that doesn't work, and the last crew that came out said it's completely missing a piece necessary to make it work.  Some of the can lights are falling out of the ceiling less than three months after being put in.  When they realized they'd forgotten to put a switch for the light in a closet, they went out (with no discussion with the owner), bought an outdoor motion-detector light, and installed that in the closet.  We let them know all of our requests for having data wiring dealt with, including installing ports.  It became evident at the very end of the project that they know nothing about dealing with CAT wire and data ports and ran all the wires to the wrong end of the house, such that our wireless router is currently in our garage.  Instead of just telling us they didn't deal with data, they wasted our money and time and eliminated our chance to get that wiring correct while the walls were opened up.  We repeatedly noted that the lights flickered when the air conditioning and other major energy-users turned on.  We finally have had the power company come out to take a look as the electrician told us it was a problem on their end, and the power company is telling us that the outdoor wiring that connects the house to the main power lines (that we're responsible for) should have been updated with the renovation. 
Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone for anything.

Two electricians arrived at the designated time and date. They worked quickly and efficiently to change out the panel on the 1st day. We were without electricity only a short period. They installed 4 ceiling fans that we had purchased and a vent in our guest bath. The house was built in 1950 and no new wiring had been done in the house so we needed new plugs, gfis, 3-way switches, etc. installed. After the initial agreement, I thought of several other things I wanted. They graciously added the new plugs/switches. They suggested motion sensor lights 3 of the closets where I wanted lights and that was a great idea. We couldn't believe how quickly the work was done and they cleaned up after themselves. The electricians were very professional. We got estimates from 2 other companies and R and M was the least expensive by quite a bit. We are very pleased with the work and definitely recommend Rand M.

Fantastic.

They were very good overall. They showed up the day that they said they would, that is the day after it happened. They finished that day and then they billed me. I didn't have to pay them that day. So when I got the insurance cheque I paid them. They were very nice. When they had to come in the house, they were very neat. I would definitely refer that company to the others. The amount that I paid was the same that they estimated it to be. I had another bid and it was twice the amount of R and M Electric Inc. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

They apparently are business and industrial but their home service is excellent. We've done business with them for about 20 years. They are very reliable.

The price was within the range we expected. They also came out fast and did the job right the first time. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and the quality of their work.
