I called him when I returned and explained the problem. He said he would have one of his guys come out to take a look at the unit. I never received a call from him as to what his "guy" found. So, I called him again and he did not remember me or the problem. He then said he would have one of his guys go out and take a look at the unit. Again, I waited about 2 weeks and never heard from him. I called him again, he said one of his guys came out to look at the unit and it needed a new thermostat....so I informed him of who I was again and that all that was wrong was the unit was leaning to one side. He then decided to change his story and needed to call his "guy" again to find out what is really wrong. Again, I never heard from him. I called him the last time and he said he would have to see which one of his guys could come out to look at the unit. Again, I have still never heard from him. He now will not answer my calls or my insurance agent's calls.
I had this unit installed on May 25th, 2012. I am writing this complaint September 10th, 2012. So, I have been extremely patient and wanting to work with the guy to get it resolved, but he is obviously not a professional, nor does he care about his customers or his quality of work.
DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!
