We bought the hot tub for a great price, Hot tub was delivered and installed on time and efficiently. Our emails and phone calls were always answered effectively. We love these guys and we just LOVE our hot tub.

My experience was with the Hickory Hollow location in Antioch, TN (not Goodlettsville, TN location). I would not recommend using this company. I actually had to retain an attorney to force completion of the project to achieve some level of satisfaction after exhausting all other efforts on my part. I also experience extremely lousy communication with this location.

Pool & Spa Depot did not pay attention to detail, when I ordered the pool. The concrete was poured wrong and it took them four months to finish the pool. I thought they could have gotten it done quicker.

Pool & Spa did a poor job. They were late. They were supposed to get to our home before 12pm, they called at 2pm, saying they would be at our home at 7pm. They arrived at 11 pm. I would never hire them again.

I was frustrated with the job that they did. They did not perform proper installation. I have tried to contact Pool and Spa Depot to come and finish, and no one has been responding.
