I was very impressed with the service I received from Pest, Inc. Sherry Turner was very nice and helpful on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment.  Soon after I spoke to Sherry I received an email confirming my appointment with the name and picture of the service technician, Jad Alghatas, which was impressive.  It was convenient that I was able to make an appointment with Pest, Inc. on a Saturday due to my work schedule.  Jad Alghatas  was very nice and professional when he met with my husband at our house and treated our house for ants.  Our ant problems seems to have been solved.

Good results; saw no fleas or ticks on my dogs. We did have a few misquotes.

I had termites.  They came out and treated my house and I am now under cotact to be protected.  Wonderful people to work with.

It went great! I ended up paying less because I am an Angie's List member. They took care of the problem which was carpenter ants. The technician was very clean and professional. He answered the questions I had for him and said he had been doing this for 20 plus years. My ants gone and I have recommended them to a few people at work.

Great.  Had them for 15 years.  They do a great job.  Nice people, fair prices.
Not sure about the new termite traps....time will tell.  Will let you know in a few years.

This service was great! The guy that came out to do the service was fabulous. Matt actually listened to my concern and took care of the issue. He arrived promptly.

After a trip to a hotel turned into a nightmare of bedbug bites and infestation, we called on Pest Inc. to help us.
Their prices were the best we encountered (I made lots of calls) and they always were able to get to us within 3 days, while other companies would have us wait at least a week if not more. In this case, the sooner the better. Also, the office staff, including the owner, were really fantastic about answering all my questions and calming my worries.
It took 2 visits, but that's not unusual. In fact, from what I've read, 2 visits is great.
Their technician, Ray, was always friendly and kind. He was willing to explain things to me, treat certain areas that I was most concerned, and treat me with respect.
I'd recommend them to others.

Our service technician, Jeremy, is one of the best service people I've dealt with in my 27 years of running a household.  He comes when he's scheduled and has even waited for me when I forgot the appointment.  He treats me and our home with respect.  We haven't had any trouble with ants or other pests since they began treating the house including the hot summer months when things just seem to come inside.  I would recommend PEST Inc. for all your pest control needs.

A termite inspection found termites in the yard. Pest, Inc. treated our home for termites by drilling holes throughout the outside of the home and filling them with insecticide. It was done in a timely and professional manner. I thought the price was fair - about $1300 for a 3400 sq. foot home.

Pest Elimination is punctual and professional. They treat us like customers and are personable. The bugs are kept in check which means they do a good job and their service is worth the money we spend.
