Was very friendly and great during estimate and service. Felt like they went above and beyond, but expensive. However, afterwards was extreemely difficult to get a hold of and took over a month to get back test results for mold instead of a week like promised. I'm not sure if they are just overwhelmedor busy but the lack of follow through with test results and missed appointments makes me unsure if we payed for something we didn't need.

Got the company name from phone book. I wanted to make sure my house was free from mold. Chuck inspected the house and sent samples to lab. All was going well, came back, house had mold would cost 2,500 to remove fine split cost with sellers. I was living in Orlando and he stated he could do other work too so I paid him 1,600+ to paint ceiling replace rotted board in kitchen, fix outside faucet leak and other minor items. When I moved in he had painted the ceiling without using primer and only did center of ceiling and left hundreds of staples in my baseboards, put faucet on facing wrong direction, tore up new floor and replaced a section of board which was uneven and had to be redone by other person. He told me it was guaranteed for 5 years. When he came to the house tried to sell me insulation for he had torn out most of the insulation under the house and for a fan he put in that he had forgotten to charge me for. Oh and wanted to sell vitamins to boot. When I mentioned all the things that had been done wrong he ran for the hills. I was then told it was guaranteed for only 1 year and after several attempts to get a receipt just gave up and chalked it up to live and learn. Not sure if I still have mold or not and had all of the work redone by other company.
