They were reasonably prompt and on time. The repair took perhaps 15 minutes at the most, and cost $115, $75 for coming to the house, $40 / half hour minimum work. They did a pretty good job, repair person was competent, professional. The one thing I did not like was that when he first looked at it, he tried to make a big deal out of it, like it was a real mess and was going to take quite a while and money to fix, which was pretty clear not the case, then he backed off.

The thing that I liked most about this company was that they were on time. They also completed the job in a timely manner and did a good job cleaning up when they were finished. I would use them again if I needed to.

They are always polite and clean when they come. They come on the scheduled time and they send a reminder to me when it is time for them to come out. They are really cheap and they workers all have a neat appearance. I will continue to use them because they always do a good job and the price is lower than most companies.

I thought they would be coming out one day and they thought they were coming another. This lead to a misunderstanding. I think the price was a little high, but Lee Heating is very professional and helpful.

I have been dealing with Lee for about forty years when I was in charge of various properties. Now that I am retired, I still use them in my home. They do an excellent job.
