The professionalism and telling you the best job for your situation. they are there, he was there on a Saturday working on the Freon leak, they saw the project through. I was doing a complete rebuild and to be able to fit him in and not mess with the other elements of the project.

As part of a remodel, Innovative installed a new heating and cooling system.
They were prompt, courteous and willing to work through the challenges of moving duct work and changing out the main return as part of a remodel.

Larry Claud and his crew were very professional, kind, and caring. They did a very conscientious job, and the new ductwork runs and HVAC system are very clean and orderly. They helped us get financing to install the system, and were helpful and patient through the process. They responded to our questions and concerns along the way quickly and professionally. And we couldn't be happier with the final product - the new system WORKS GREAT, and we are SO much more comfortable in our home now!
