technician was very knowledgable about my old furnace. Did not try to sell me a lot of services I wasn't interested in. I bought a 2 season tune up package a year ago and they forgot to contact me not he spring and I forgot all about it as I was traveling. They finally caught the error and will be back in the spring for an AC checkup.

Great! Everyone at FLO is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had great prices and did exceptional work. We were very pleased and will continue to call on FLO for our HVAC needs.

They do heating and ac repair. They are usually prompt and come out the same day I called them. They came out and repair the air conditioning.

I set this service call up stating this was to address a non-performing tankless water heater and that whoever was sent needed to be well versed and trained with tankless heaters.  The person arrived within the timeframe stated.  When he got to the tankless it was immediately obvious he didn't know what to do.  He fumbled around and did a couple of things and then stated "That isn't the problem."  He did that a couple of times.  I advised that I didn't need to know what the problem wasn't but rather what the problem was and how to correct it.  I left the room for a few minutes and when I returned he was on the phone to someone.  He advised that the error code indicated three problems. Ultimately I checked the manufacture's website and found that what he was referring to wasn't an error code at all but an alarm status.  He advised the heater needed to be cleaned/descaled but he couldn't do that. Wait, he was sent to fix a tankless heater and he couldn't descale it.  He wanted me to pay $90 for him doing nothing.  
I called MidStates Heating & Air and the person who showed up was from Alpha and Omega Heating & Air.  I had not used either company before and won't use either again.  I need a company to send someone who is knowledgeable, trained and can fix the problem, not tell me what the problem isn't and someone else will come out.  No one from either company ever called.

They sent someone out the evening that I called! It was more expensive for an after hours service call of course, but I expected that and they were the only one I contacted that responded this quickly. George did the repair work and explained everything very well. The unit worked fine until recently when it had trouble keeping up with temperatures in the mid to high 90's. They came right back out and re-checked the unit. Excellent response time! I am very satisfied with their service! (And good service doesn't seem to be a common thing these days!)

They were timely, polite, efficient, and fixed everything right away. No complaining about having to go on the room to get to the unit.

We have used Alpha Omega on more than one occasion when we've had problems with our AC. They've always been quick to respond, and show up when they say they will. Price is fair, and they have helped us in a jam more than once. I would recommend them to anyone, and we won't call anyone else.
